The 2005 Oklahoma Electronic Discovery Summit will be held on September 22 and 23, 2005 at the Reed Center in Midwest City, Oklahoma. The details will be released in a few days and I’ll link to them here then, but we have a strong lineup of speakers including:

• Michael Arkfeld, author of the Electronic Evidence and Discovery blog, and a treatise with the same name,
• U.S. District Judge Stephen Friot of the Western District of Oklahoma who frequently writes and speaks on this topic,
• Sharon Nelson, President of Sensei Enterprises, Inc. a computer forensics firm. She was recently named as Chair of ABA TECHSHOW 2006,
• John Simek , Vice President of Sensei Enterprises, Inc., frequent speaker across the country on these issues.
